How can we help?

Most issues can be resolved with the steps below. Keep it rolling stores sessions locally, so you can play without creating an account.

Start a game

  1. Open the Roll tab and tap Start Game.
  2. Tap Roll Next once to see the confirmation state.
  3. Tap again to roll and move to the next player.

Restore Keep it rolling forever

Open Settings, select the upgrade option beneath Current Game, then choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that originally completed the one-time purchase.

Live Activity not appearing?

  • Confirm Keep it rolling forever is unlocked.
  • Allow Live Activities in iPhone Settings for the app.
  • Start a game and roll once before leaving the app.
  • Dynamic Island presentation requires a supported iPhone.

Reset or remove game data

Previous sessions can be renamed or deleted from the game-history screen. Deleting the app removes its locally stored game data from the device.
